Some of your favorite sauce recipes...

One of Bonzi's favorites... Sweet Curry
I don't measure much unless baking of course....
About a tsp of red curry paste
3/4 tsp ginger powder
2 TB soy sauce
1 TB of Honey
1/2 tsp Thai seasoning
If you don't have Thai seasoning, you can substitute with paprika/turmeric/cayenne mixture

I just buy a curry powder from the amish store that isn't really amish. everybody just calls it that because it was originally started by the amish. Many owners later two gay guys own it. They still sell a lot of the local Amish products but then again those amish aren't really amish either. They are Mennonites. Either way, they have lots of cheaper dried spices, blends, flours you can't buy at the local grocery store etc. If you need a weird baking ingredient or spice, they are your go to destination.
