I'm not going to read a liberal rag, but tell Me. Does the article state where the fires originated? Federal land, or State land? Also, the land may be federal, but part of the deal is that the States help in managing federal land as well.

Trump is correct that the problem with the fires is a problem of land resource management. The fact that federal lands burned to does not change that truth.

This is nothing more than an attempt to pass the blame to Trump to cover up California's mismanagement of the State's resources.

Now 6 of the 16 worst fires were on federal land. considering of the 100.2 million acres in California only 47% is federal, so of the 16 worst fires, 37% were on fed land and 63% was on state land. Remember state land also includes cities, not just forests. Oregon and Washington manage the same way in their respective states.

The federal government will often allow states to manage federal land as given by Congress.

California needs to clean up it's act and protect their citizens.

Not that I care what Trump believes, I believe that the state of California has mismanaged their forests and tons of proof in the fires that have burned so far. The fact you believe raking is going to help shows your ignorance.
