88 -2..... When was the last time you saw a Senate vote like that?

Sanity has suddenly become an epidemic in DC! The smartest move they've made in the past 20 years regarding our energy supply! I still can't believe it was such binpartisan powerhouse!

Awesome!!

The votes for military invasion of Iraq ... shortly after the Patriot Act ...

Hindsight's 20/20 and both these were VERY VERY bad for the United States ... you know the citizens are fucked when both political parties agree ...

Seems to be a pattern

I thought that maybe it was for naming a walking trail in some national park. That's usually the best that they can do. ;)
Well sure.

One party votes against everything -- even their own ideas -- to secure the votes of people like you.

We definitely nuke plants to support our aging power grids. And if the EV insanity continues, we will need MANY nuke plants to keep up with demand.

Even without the insanity, we'll need these things ... I don't object to burning coal until we can build these safely ... we don't have to hurry, so maybe we shouldn't ... not like last time and just get them built, safety be damned ...

How are U.S. nuclear power plants not safe?
