Does anyone remember Anita Hill? She’s the one who came out of the woodwork to smear Clarence Thomas when he was nominated for the US Supreme Court by George HW Bush in 1991. It was a planned, craven attack by Democrats to discredit Thomas and prevent his confirmation. Hill was telling stories of sexual harassment that apparently were not a problem at the time they purportedly happened because she complained to no one. In fact she followed him to her next job and not a peep was uttered.


Then, suddenly she, a Democrat, got a political conscience and realized that Thomas was a Republican and all those memories of un-complained about sexual harassment came flooding back. It must have been awful. We could almost feel her pain. The pain got worse because the ploy didn’t work.


Now we have all these shadow figures lining up to march out of the same woodwork against Trump. If you’re one of those sterling Americans that sits in the front row of a professional Wrestling match with crossed eyes and missing teeth you are probably convinced that Trump is a sinister sex fiend. If you have a fully functioning frontal lobe you can see right through this. It won’t work this time either.
