There is an organization that cruises the desert border to give illegal aliens food and drink and maybe even a ride so no doubt that some anarchist group will take care of rioters in the radical northwest. The Cops will probably stay thirsty though.

They're feeding them and paying them to do a job. They can't have them falling out when they still have a job to do.

To me, if a person can riot, protest, etc. without any help, why would they need any help with anything else?
