Don't trust Kremlin presstitutes, They are more lying as their western 'sisters'.
After lockdown fell the real rating of Putin lower as 15%. The Russian Economy is dying, the entirely country is under house detention.
It is amazingly how bold the regime is when it believes it can cheat again, directly in the middle of produced by Putin crisis. In difference to the KGB dwarf his Belorussian colleague Lukaschenko doesn't destroyed his country and let no one NWO lockdown 'advise' be applicable in Belarus.

Sources told the BBC that the nationwide vote could take place as early as June 24, so Russian officials want to be ready, but their ideas about what constitutes preparation vary widely.

Translation from Russian: It has been detected one additional human infected by Corona-Virus

"After lockdown fell the real rating of Putin lower as 15%. The Russian Economy is dying, the entirely country is under house detention."
So Putin has a 15% popularity rate. That makes him less popular than the Czar back in 1917 when the Bolsheviks murdered the Czar, the Czarina, and all 11 of their children. Putin has more power than the Czar ever had. The Russians have a tendency to repeat history. The man on the street in Russia wants somebody else to bear the responsibilites of governance, and they don't have a Bill of Rights as we know it to possess firearms to protect themselves from bad governance. the Bolsheviks have a worse history than the Czar, because anybody who disagrees with them is sent off to one of the world's least hospitable regions. Russia sends dissident to remote Arctic military base

It is difficult to believe Russians will tolerate an idiot who destroyed their economy too long
Thereafter they shall rewrite their Constitution by simple copy/paste from the US-American one
