I'm not aware there are none. And if there are none there must be a reason. What do you think the reason is? I'd like to know.

Saudi Arabia does not take refugees, Egypt has some but they treat them like shit, which is why most try to go to Israel.

I'm not sure about now, but at times in the past Egypt has had massive influxes of refugees, largely from fighting in Chad, Darfur and Nubians from the Sudan.

A number of other Islamic countries (Jordan, Turkey, Tunisia, Senegal) have also faced major influxes of refugees, which some handle well and some not so well.
