This has every indication that there is something deeply wrong in Israel politics.

That the MOST right wing element declares the less (but still very) right wing element to be Nazis - in pictures -
is deeply ironic. That most of the rest of the world sees Zionism as the most nationalistic and right wing movement on the planet is only one aspect of this irony.

Is the mental health of Israeli Politics now tipping over into certifiable?

Do you know of any other strangely new manifestations of extremes of right wing behaviours in Israel?

It's important to know, because Palestinians are likely to be even more victimised if this new strain of politics is taking hold.

"President Reuben Rivlin, Finance Minister Yair Lapid, Justice Minister Tzipi Livni, police chief Yohanan Danino, and former minister Michael Eitan were each depicted jauntily dressed in the distinctive black uniforms of the World War II-era Schutzstaffel, more commonly known as the SS.

The images were posted to a Facebook account created the same day under the name Natan Zoabi, Channel 10 reported.

A caption accompanying the montage called them, “The anti-Semites who oppose a Jewish state in the land of Israel.”

According to information in the Facebook account profile, “Zoabi” is a resident of Tel Aviv and a graduate of Tel Aviv University, and claims to be employed by the IDF.

Public Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch asked Attorney-General Yehuda Weinstein to launch an investigation into the incident, calling it “severe.”

Surely its an ethnocracy. Though arguably a kleptocracy. With a aspirations to be a Theocracy.

But when it is the extreme right wing divided against the even more extreme right wing, there is something strange going on.

Drivel?

How are the Christians and Muslims that are under Jewish rule and under military occupation represented?
By Abu "Occupation©" Mazen, of course, now that they have a state, recognized by France, Sweden, Spain. Did I miss anything?

Yes, it's called representative democracy, a strange and troubling abstraction to the sea of despots surrounding her.

If they are citizens they are treated equally. Even Palestinian citizens of Israel have equal voting rights in the Knesset. So, how are Christians & Jews treated under Arab country Muslim rule? Do they even have any Christian & Jewish citizens?
