Israel to release 2 hunger strikers early . 02/05/2013 11:38. RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- An "Israeli military court has reduced the administrative detention of two hunger-striking prisoners from Jenin, the lawyer for the Palestinian Authority Detainees Ministry said Thursday.Attorney Jawad Boulos said the military court ordered the early release of Jaafar Izz al-Din and Tariq Kadan by two weeks and are due to leave Israeli custody on 8. May.*Izz al-Din and Kaadan have been on hunger strike for 90 days in protest over being held under administrative detention. They ended their strike once the decision for early release was announced following a protracted appeal, Boulos said.*According to prisoner support group Addameer, between 2007 and 2011, 8,157 administrative detention orders were issued by Israel. As of February 2013, there were 178 Palestinian administrative detainees in Israeli custody, including nine members of the Palestinian Legislative Council.Administrative detention is a practice used by Israel to detain Palestinians on detention orders that range from one to six months, renewable indefinitely.Last Tuesday long term hunger striker Samer Issawi ended his protest action after signing an agreement with Israel which guarantees his release, Bolous said." http://www.maannews.net/eng/ViewDetails.aspx?ID=591410

Administrative detention is an unlawful Israeli practice that violates international law. Numerous intl legal authorities have addressed how Israel violates intl law in their administratve detentions of Palestinians. Under this unlawful process, Israel has held thousands which include children and they are held indefinitely, sometimes for years, without any charges whatsoever ever being filed against them and without any due process legal rights granted to them. It is obviousky a win for Justice that these Palestinians held under unlawful administrative detention are being released from a detention with no basis in international law.

All those who support the release of these isa-respecting
people mutilating dogs should be carefully recorded so
that the civilized people will know upon whose hands is the
blood of the people they might mutilate in the
future -----something like a sex offender list in the USA.
We have already seen samples of the filth wrought by
the criminal program of letting the 'jihadist filth
convicts roam free in the world. I would certainly not
want to live anywhere near such excrement or let any
children in my family near such filth-----or even patronize
businesses that employ the scum. People have a right
to know---mothers have a right to know

I wish Frau Sherri would use her expertise in International Law and her influence in the Muslim world to get that Christian woman, Asia Bibi, released from prison where she was put in for allegedly committing blasphemy and is suffering greatly now. Then she can work on getting the Christian pastor released in Iran because he is suffering too (if the "good Christian woman" Frau Sherri would spend a moment or two on the Internet to check on these two Christians, she would find out about their conditions). If Frau Sherri is successful in getting these two released, they wouldn't be harming people the way released terrorists go back to doing.
