Behaving a bit like a spoiled brat who is being ignored. Just Israel "attention seeking" it seems.

When a visiting dignitary visits a country, even if just passing through, it's customary for that dignitary to visit, at least, his counterpart or even the Head of State to pay their respects. That's diplomatic protocol and not to do so would be like barging into a fancy restaurant just to use the bathroom.
