Because the Quran, tells its followers that when they conquer infidel lands, any of the original infidel's lands that the infidels manage to get back, the Muslims are always to consider them as occupiers. Also, aside from specific high-profile terrorist targets, actually look into which side is always on the attack first and whereas the Palestinians are chopping off the heads of children and babies and raping and murdering women and other unarmed civilians, Israel at least gives advanced ample warning before sending in troops and armored units. The problem is that the Palestinians restrict the civilian women and children from leaving so as to give them footage of dead civilians.
