Drove over to Indiana today. They're starting to combine their corn already.
I heard $10 corn may be on the horizon.

I've been wondering if that's part of what is driving the price of gas back up. Higher priced corn equals higher priced ethanol.

water shortage effects wildlife....

I work around the Luther area and recently was out where to assess the damage at the high school, thankfully just smoke damage. I have no idea how the firefighters were able to control and put it out for most of Central Oklahoma is a tinder box due to this drought. We just had a decent couple hours of rain the other day though.
This year's summer has been bad but nowhere near as bad as last year. Just got done planting my fall garden so praying for a decent Fall and Winter!

corn should not be used for fuel.....the price of corn will drive the price of a lot of items up....feeds are gonna go skyhigh...

BTW we got a good soaking rain overnight. A real for sure storm with lightening and thunda. Can't remember when the last one went through.
