I don't see how that's fraud. Why would foreign nationals not have 1st amendment protections in the US? Political speech is among the most highly protected.

They don't have Second Amendment protection, so neither should they have First Amendment rights.

Foreign nationals visiting the US on a temporary basis (like tourists) cannot possess firearms unless they meet specific exceptions, such as being a government official or having a valid hunting license in certain situations; most nonimmigrant aliens are prohibited from owning or possessing firearms in the United States.

Imagine how would the left would be screaming and crying if Russia, China, or North Korea sent a bunch of people here to campaign for Trump.
