Is This Capitalism?

Brought it on to themselves and it's only going to get worse.

This is the black version of the suburban lemonade stand, and this is why I stay away from black areas. Kinda explains why we have ghettos
It could have been worse, they could be selling kool aid. They have been known to drink the kool aid. Not to mention, I think they even sold one to Biden...he has been drinking way too much of it.

You could say that selling bottled water on a street corner is a form of capitalism, but throwing water bottles at people who don't roll down their windows and pay money is not. Capitalism is a voluntary transaction, where each party trades something of value for something else of value. If it ain't voluntary, then it ain't capitalism. Extortion or any other use of force such as socialism or communism is not capitalism, whether it's on an individual or societal level.

Ideally.
Wal~Mart, sometimes called the wealthiest brick-&-mortar retail outlet in the U.S., also sometimes called the U.S.' largest private employer, has a reputation for using strong-arm negotiating tactics with their suppliers.
The example that comes to mind: Wal~Mart was stocking an American made umbrella, but wanted the U.S. supplier to lower the price. Reportedly Wal~Mart got a commitment from China that China could produce the same product at lower cost.
Wal~Mart's ultimatum to the U.S. manufacturer: drop what you charge Wal~Mart to China's level, or we'll buy from China.

Is that "voluntary"?
I don't mean to dismiss your distinction, merely to explain it may not be the "bright line" distinction some might wish it to be.

Their very presence on the street corner is using intimidation to sell an unwanted product.

It is only slightly better than those agressive Windshield washer who ar also always black. I guess this is their limited understanding of "capitalism"

Yes, it is voluntary. The US supplier has to find a way to lower their costs or basically they're fucked, which is why so many businesses move to a RTW state. You called it an ultimatum, but it really is nothing more than competition, if the quality does not merit the higher price then generally the lower price wins.
