Is there any USMB member who believes all deported Tren de Aragua members be returned to the US?

What if it’s a SOCCER TATTOO that Ice misidentifies?
AND he's on social media flashing what ICE "misidentifies" as gang signs, AND whatever evidence ICE gathered through it's intelligence sources (which are ALL mistaken according to his lawyer and his mom)?

He was STILL in the country illegally, and he was STILL warned by the President to self-deport. He STILL should have done that and if he had, he would be at his country's U.S. Embassy applying to enter the U.S. legally, as millions of millions of the type of immigrants who made our country what it is did. He could have explained his gang-like tattoos at the time, and been told to spend his time working, not on the internet flashing gang(-like) signs.

He might already be here, with a work permit.

Of course that is all nonsense. He snuck in because it was easier, and almost certainly is a gang member. There is no reliable evidence that his is not. His lawyer and his mom are lying. He got what he deserved.

We are no longer the world's feeding trough/dumping ground, no matter how upset that makes you.

You can follow them back to their shitholes traitor.
If you don’t believe in due process, what happens if someone in power decides you’re guilty and hearings aren’t required? The useful idiots never think it can happen to them, so they sell out the Constitution.

But you didn't find it concerning when illegal aliens trafficked children across the border aided and abetted by the Biden administration.

You didn't find it concerning when illegal aliens raped and murdered numerous American and immigrant girls and women.

You find the fact that Trump is president concerning. Infuriating, in fact. That's your real complaint.

And they're eating the dogs! They're eating the cats!!!

Yes, I find it very concerning that innocent people are being deported with no due process.

Apparently, it’s precisely how it works.
.

I wish there was a way the administrators of this board could just boot out those like the one you're addressing, who so obviously have nothing useful to contribute, and are just here for attention.

Yes so to be sure, follow due process.

Do you want due process for yourself? Then you understand. So just stop.

You want trump to be able to break laws in order to accomplish your goals. This, stealing elections,

Can you be deported without a hearing?

AI Overview
Yes, while deportation typically involves a hearing, the government can deport someone without a hearing through expedited removal, which applies to certain individuals, particularly those who enter the U.S. without inspection or those who enter through fraud.

Here's a more detailed explanation:
  • Expedited Removal:
This process allows immigration officers to quickly remove non-citizens from the U.S. without a hearing before an immigration judge.
    • Non-citizens who arrive at a port of entry.

    • Some non-citizens who enter without inspection and haven't been continuously present in the U.S. for at least two years.

    • Those who lack proper entry documents or seek entry through fraud or misrepresentation.

No he let refuges in. We still have zero unemployment.

I love sending gang members out. Want my support, do it right. Turn the plane around. That wasn’t even a liberal judge who asked.
Am I right in thinking some of the deported could have a civil claim against the US government for ignoring due process...

When it breaches a court order that will be expensive...

Let's just take the Maryland father...

On previous cases:
$125k for the illegal depotation
$ 1m for a year in jail in a El Salvador prison
And then add punitive damages (lets say $500k)

So one prison who will be let back in again. Remember there is a court order not to deport will get about $1.75m)
Well done Mr. Trump... Braindead

The 5th Amendment calls for due process... they were given due process as deemed appropriate because of convictions and deportation orders by the state Dept.
But... Why do you want illegal alien gang members to even be here?...
I don’t. I want the rule of law. If they can do this here, what happens when someone else is “definitely guilty”? Who needs hearings, just send them away. Saves money!

So any person can prove they were there legally and is waiting on a court date and get Expedited Removed..

They could have a civil claim against the US government. And yes, this includes the Gang Bangers...
No Executive Order gets them out of that..

I think I have shown it doesn't save money...

Well not with the incompetent...

We are talking about few weeks in jail and a lawyer and judge if you want to do it that way...

Trump Admin is racking up a number of civil suits on their mistakes... this is why other admins do it properly...

This is braindead stuff... You can have quick legal process but you need a judge to sign off..

Except they were people waiting for court dates in some cases...

Yes, if convicted of a crime, Deport them.

But they are deporting people who have visas in some cases expressed there right of freedom of expression in some cases...

There has been mistakes made and innocent people have been sent to a El Salvador prison without due process...

At this moment of time anyone can be picked up and sent and they claim they have no way to bring them back.
Most of the deportees are convicted criminals

No innocent people have been deported since they are all here illegally

A bargain compared to the high costs of the Democrats inviting every gangbanger in Latin America to the U.S.

That “Maryland father” is MS13, and in the country illegally, so good riddance.

Whatever dummy.

President Donald Trump on Wednesday gave America its largest tax increase in at least three decades — more than $2 trillion over 10 years — by imposing an across-the-board 10% levy on all imports, with higher rates on dozens more countries and a further 25% tax on all foreign cars.

Nope. All the parts in those makes and models come from other parts of the world. This fucks everyone.

“Most”? Some.

So you understand that some people are being ripped from their families and sent to horrific El Salvadoran jails that are NOT violent criminals or gang members and you don’t care.

Great. The one in question had an American wife and kids who were citizens

They’re not being deported, they’re being sent to be indefinitely incarcerated in a prison in El Salvador.

Not that you care about human rights or anything.
