Time to start-up a Shuttle Service operating in two Zones: the Gulf and the Pacific.

We drop huge batches of Illegals on a pre-selected Gulf Beach and a Pacific Beach.

Both beaches hundreds of miles from the US-Mexico border.

Accompanied by enough US Navy muscle offshore to ensure that the Illegals can actually be unloaded without interference.

After all, we're merely repatriating their own citizens, and those others whom they allowed to pass through their territory.

This would be a fairly gentle response to the unfriendly acts ( allow pass-through, refuse to accept flights ) they've served-up.

A righteous and oh-so-satisfying response which thanks Mexico for sending us all those millions of lost souls against our will.
