Is Kamala Toast?

I think that she is. Of course I thought that before she didn't show up at the dinner last night. They shouldn't have forced Joe out of the competition because actually I think that he actually stood a miniscule chance against Trump, but I don't think that Kamala does.

Kamala Toast? I would think it was burnt to a crisp and had green spots where it was left out to rot too long.

Nope! He was never sentenced and he never will be either.

when you have been found guilty in criminal court, then you have been convicted. when you are convicted, then you are a felon.

do i really need to link that with a credible unbiased link to prove you are wrong again?

then of course you will click on the fake bews or thumbs down button ... like you always do, regardless how wrong & ill informed you prefer to be?

Meanwhile trump has said he is exhausted.
I read that. Cancelled the NRA. If his campaign admits to exhaustion there must be something much worse they are trying to hide. Something like dementia.

You guys really think that Americans will put a convicted felon into the office of the presidency.
Yes, because we understand lawfare. I would think you would have at least a modicum of understanding about such things. We have seen it before:

Mandela was arrested and imprisoned in 1962, and, following the Rivonia Trial, and was sentenced to life imprisonment for conspiring to overthrow the state. Mandela served 27 years in prison.
The African National Congress won a 63 percent share of the vote at the election, and Mandela, as leader of the ANC, was inaugurated on 10 May 1994 as the country's first Black President.

Both sides are wondering how the race is so close

The rest of the country is wondering why these two dipshits are are only choices

Can you really be convicted without being sentenced? Ah well, it doesn't matter anyways because he's never going to prison.
If a jury or a judge finds you guilty of what you are accused of, you got convicted. You are most likely right about Trump not going to prison, but he's a convicted felon.
