Is Kamala just a complete and total flat out fraud as an attorney?

but, but but, it is fact that 85% of the people he hired left him and he did say that "I will hire the best". That is either a lie or pure incompetence. You do not see that?
Where did you get the figure of 85% leaving him?

Fake news eh?

If you have ANY interest in facts, you will see this video in its entirety. It gives you a clear and unbiased timeline of what Trump did and failed to do that ended up making his handling of Covid so bad.

If and when you watch the video, I will talk to you about this topic. This is fact! ............. not opinion or fake truths (such as you mention)

So I watched the video. I noticed that it didn't mention any of the OTHER politicians also telling people that the Corona virus wasn't going to be a big deal and it was safe to be out in public! Why is that, Lucky? Would you like me to provide examples of people like Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and Andrew Cuomo all telling people there wasn't a need to panic? That it was OK to ride the subways and go out to eat?

I note that you don't want to address how more people died under Joe Biden than died under Trump. Why is that?

First of all, Trump was president and IN CHARGE. No one else had the power, so even if Pelosi and Schumer and Cuomo said anything, they couldn't do anything about it.

Oh by the way, the answer to your question is "yes, show me Pelosi, Schumer, and Cuomo telling not to panic". Oh and by the way, telling people not to panic is normally. Should ANYONE ever tell people to panic about an event?

So was it Trump's fault that Pelosi and Cuomo told people it was safe to use the subways and go out to dinner in New York and San Francisco? It's literally the JOB of leadership to tell people not to panic!

Where is your proof of that? Didn't you say you could prove it?

You should know me by now. I NEVER open my mouth to say anything I cannot back up with data, statistics and facts.

From Brookings

And then there were ten: With 85% turnover across President Trump’s A Team, who remains?

Whoa...hold on there! There is a HUGE difference between people "leaving" a President's team and people being "fired" by the President! Trump isn't a politician. He's from the Private Sector. In the Private Sector people who don't get the job done get fired. One of the big problems with the Biden/Harris administration is that NOBODY gets fired no matter how awful they are at their job! I'm FROM the Private Sector! I want to see ineffective people fired from public service. The fact that Biden hasn't fired most of his Cabinet is an indictment of Biden!

It doesn't fucking matter, asshole! She's still more qualified than a failed reality TV star who couldn't tell the truth if his life depended on it.

So you confess, Kamala is not really an attorney, she "passed the bar" because Willie Brown rigged it for her, and she has NEVER EVER PRACTICED LAW herself.

Thanks.

No, I don't agree with that bullshit!

You are fucking full of shit!

Kamala's CNN town hall is 100% PROOF she would NEVER SURVIVE as a LAWYER in ANY COURT.

She is a MORON and she is a fraud of an "attorney." Maybe you took the bar exam and claimed you were her....

That's nonsense! You don't become a DA or AG without a record of court cases.
Wrong, both are elected positions. Here are the requirements to be an Oakland D.A. To be THE District Attorney, ":To be the Oakland District Attorney, one must be appointed by the Alameda county board of supervisors."

To become a district attorney in Oakland, you need to meet the following requirements14:

  1. Age: You must be 21 or older at the time of graduating from a 6-month academy.
  2. Education: You must be a high school graduate or have a GED.
  3. License: You must have a valid California Driver’s License by the date of hire.
  4. Record: You must not have any felony convictions or other convictions that would prevent carrying a gun.
  5. Citizenship: You must be a U.S. citizen or be in the citizenship application process.
Here are the requirements to be California Attorney General:
State law requires that the attorney general be admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court for five years before election.[3]

California Government Code, Section 12503

No person shall be eligible to the office of Attorney General unless he shall have been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the state for a period of at least five years immediately preceding his election or appointment to such office.
Additionally, each candidate for attorney general must:[4]

  • Be a registered voter
  • Be registered with their party for at least three months
    • Not have been registered with a different political party in the last 12 months
  • Not have been previously term-limited out
In the case of the D.A. the office holder doesn't even have to be a trial attorney, and the A.G. doesn't have to ever tried a case, only passed the bar at least five years before running. From my memory Harris always plea bargained her cases down and never had to try a case. After all, when you try a case, you can lose, and she was very protective of her win/loss Ratio. She was always a political animal.
