Are you trump guys really OK with this?

It's a terrible precedent. If the chief executive can't follow the law why should we have to?
When the judge (lower level District Court - Not USSC) has no authority to give this bogus order, than yes it is.

If you lefturd loonies knew your Constitution and laws, this would be clear.

What was "illegitimate" about it?
The judge doesn't have the power to interfere with the Executive Branch.

He is trying to impose judicial power, where none exists.

Had you taken a civics class you would understand this.

I realize that's the current RWNJ talking point but it is simply untrue.
Nope. The Court offers an opinion. The opinion does not carry the force of Law.
Nope. The court makes a ruling.

Where are you people from?

The ruling is a legal opinion. Nothing more. All Law under our Constitution is derived from We the People. Rule by Consent of the Governed. We fought a Revolution over the idea.

The Courts have no power to Create, Amend, or Nullify Law. Only the Legislative Branch (the People's Branch) has such power.

A Court can certainly offer an opinion that something may be unconstitutional, but that does not nullify it. The Executive Branch has a co-equal responsibility to consider Constitutional questions. One opinion should not and does not Trump the other(pun intended).

What is unclear to you? The judiciary can make a ruling on a violation of the Constitution or a criminal violation. That is it

The Executive DOES haver authority to act in America's behalf.

Where are you from? Lala land?

And your's is a current LWNJ misconception.

There are several layers/levels of courts/judges in this country.

A local traffic court judge will not have authority over a POTUS. Only the U.S. Supreme Court would.

Guilty or not.
They are guilty of illegal entry, no court ruling needed on that.
They are linked to terrorist organizations and actions, and other criminal conduct, making them an enemy of the USA.
This "judge" and those who support him are guilty of aiding and abetting enemies of the United States.
That used to be known as Treason.
