How does the water level in an area go up 26 feet in just a matter of mins?

Something that people need to know is what they're doing to intentionally cause rain showers in dry areas.

Getting back to the original thread about cloud seeding, it actually does not and can not increase the rain.
By seeding clouds you can get them to dump their moisture, but since cloud seeding can not create clouds, all seeding does in make the clouds dump their moisture sooner.
It just changes where the precipitation gets dumped.
It does not increase the total.

It is Global Warming that increases clouds by causing more evaporation from the oceans.

The OP guy has built a cloud machine.
