I think you've just tapped into bureaucracy.

When I was a kid they were called welfare states.

Why is exempted by geography.

They have the highest gas prices the highest cost of living one of the highest crime rates and they have Barack Obama.

I came from Vermont Chicago born and raised I've known Bernie Sanders since he was mayor of Burlington.

Not sure about down there , up here my CCW issuing Shasta County Sheriff , Redding Mayor, State Assembly Member , State Senator , US Congresscritter Doug LaMalfa (R) Ca. Dist 1 are all Conservative Republicans

Every cent that they spend on healthcare for Illegals should be deducted from Medicaid and SNAP funding for that State.
