When I was a kid they were called welfare states.

Why is exempted by geography.

They have the highest gas prices the highest cost of living one of the highest crime rates and they have Barack Obama.

I suspect that this is just the opening gambit.

In all likelihood, based on appearances and current events...

The Trump Administration has chosen LA in order to "beard the lion in its own den" and put the rest of the country on-notice...

They're just getting "warmed up" and I expect to see a vast and far-reaching Deportation Operation underway in LA very soon...
