Clearly Hamas thinks bombing and starvation are good ways to kill Palestinian babies or they wouldn't use them as human shields or steal the aid intended for them. The IDF, on the other hand, makes a great effort to warn noncombatants of all ages to evacuate areas where they might be caught in the crossfire between the IDF and Hamas.
