Is anyone following the murder trial in Delphi Ind. of the murder of 2 teenage girls?

That pic is Logan Holder 18, with Abigail Williams 13.

The age of consent in Indiana is 16.

She's jailbait. Very jailbait. Fucking a 13 year old in Indiana is considered felony child molestation and carries a sentence of 20-50 years in prison.

That could definitely be the motive for the murders.

Logan Holder's father is Brad Holder. He makes homemade knives and owns a .40 caliber handgun. He is also a member of the same Masonic Lodge as Carroll County prosecutor Nicholas McClelland.

This is bullshit. They are railroading an innocent man. Richard Allen is innocent.

It happened in 2017, trial started this week and if you have ever seen a more botched and skewed investigation and prosecution I would like to hear about it. Maybe the OJ murder, but that didn't include the prosecutor and judge like this one does. Delphi update: Gruesome details of Indiana double murder revealed in court on 1st day of trial
I have been following this case very closely. It just reeks of corruption.

Yesterday the state put a tool mark expert on the stand and she could not rule out that the .40 Winchester S&W round was cycled through other guns besides Richard Allen's Sig Saur P226.

She could not rule out Weber's gun.

He's toast, he's done, and you're a fucking idiot.

The investigation was flawed, and that was what was on trial. There is so much reason for an appeal it is almost a given, but I don't think he will survive it. I didn't hear what the jury heard, so I will reserve judgement. I will never believe he or anyone else did it alone in the timeline given.

That whole process stinks and that is not that unusual these days, but the recusal of the FBI and abandonment is even more problematic. They knew in my opinion what actually happened but just slipped out the back door for whatever reason. I think the unholy alliance between the feds and locals in fighting common enemies and perceived threats is far more important than actual investigating. I think the feebs saw there was no good outcome for them here and just removed themselves. Just like when they groom informants and insert themselves in pseudo crimes, the goal is good outcomes for themselves over actual fast finding.
