//looks like they think they want it all, that was a short two weeks. Time to open up another CAN? or tell Israel to stop on Lebanon.//

According to reports from Fox News’ Trey Yingst, the Strait of Hormuz is now effectively a hostage of the Iranian Navy.

While two vessels were permitted to pass early Wednesday after Trump’s initial announcement, the gates have since been slammed shut. Iran claims the “suspension” is a response to Israeli strikes against Hezbollah in Lebanon.

I guess Iran didn't like the price of oil dropping so much.

Kills their leverage.

That would not a wise move on their part.

Markets don't think so? Oh, now I get it. Iran thinks the 10 point plan was agreed to? It was no? Or they are just crazy lying terrorist. Open up another can of WhooArse looking likely. Why do I know but not the Markets?

But this: PBS journalist Elizabeth Landers confirmed that President Trump told her directly: Israel’s war against Hezbollah in Lebanon is NOT part of the ceasefire deal.

Oil prices are down but when will it be reflected at the gas pump?

Well if IRAN is already playing games and RE-SHUTTING it down? The prices will go back up.

And reports someone attacked a Saudi pipeline? As usual, its' a mess when you deal with Muslims and Israel at the same time.
I guess the BoardStain are correct? Should have let IRAN have a nuclear weapon and keep on killing girls with small Burka.

We will dick around for two weeks with a fake ceasefire, make threats, and then cave again. Utter failure.

I am not seeing anything on this.

The markets are not responding to anything.

The WH disputes this.

I don't think it happened.

I know its' a mess. Hopefully its' all RW hogwash from "my dirty sites". Mostly end up true but not always.

This one looks like it could be a bait-switch headline. Kuwait intercepted drones?

If Iran did that, it would shut up Trump's critics and they'd be so so so so very screwed.

IT was a FOX lady.
Harris Faulkner:
Harris, boy, I’ve got to tell you, this is the least ceasefire-like ceasefire I think that anybody might have anticipated. Iran certainly doesn’t see it that way, obviously.

Look, you had some breaking news, and I want to push in on it. Was it overnight, you said, that Saudi Arabia’s east-west oil pipeline—very critical movement of oil there—was hit by Iran? Was that before or after the ceasefire?

Trey Yingst:
We don’t know the exact timing of that strike, but it’s very significant because this is the main pipeline that Saudi Arabia uses to move oil.

And when the Strait of Hormuz is choked off, it’s the only pipeline they’re able to use to get those exports out to the world.

Something important here that we should note: it wasn’t just Israel that came under attack after the ceasefire went into effect this morning. There were dozens of drones launched at Kuwait from Iranian territory.

The United Arab Emirates also came under an Iranian missile attack. There were reports of missiles toward Bahrain and Qatar.

So as this is taking place, the Iranians don’t appear very serious about this ceasefire agreement.

in this link. Looks like it could be FAKE NEWS from dirty Media. too much all at once by me. sorry

And guess what? The Gulf Of AMERICA is a hostage of USA. Aren't we telling Mexico and Russia they can't ship oil to Cuba? Such hypocrites.

Did you hear this?

CNN boldly stands up to Trump and REFUSES to back down after he attacked their Iran ceasefire reporting as "FRAUD," demanded a retraction, and threatened an investigation.

This is journalistic integrity at its finest...

“The statement in question was obtained by CNN from Iranian officials and reported on multiple Iranian state media outlets. We received the statement from specific official Iranian spokespeople who are known to us," CNN posted on X in response to a post from corrupt FCC Chair Brendan Carr whining about their "fake news" reportng.

The reporting in question quoted Iranian officials as having described the ceasefire as a "great victory" for their nation and a "crushing defeat" for Trump that he agreed to in order to reopen the Straight of Hormuz.

Trump saw the coverage and promptly had a Truth Social meltdown—
"The alleged Statement put out by CNN World News is a FRAUD, as CNN well knows," he wrote. "The false Statement was linked to a Fake News site (from Nigeria) and, of course, immediately picked up by CNN, and blared out as a 'legitimate' headline. The Official Statement by Iran was just released, and posted on TRUTH, below." OF COURSE TRUMP's LYING

"Authorities are looking to determine whether or not a crime was committed on the issuance of the Fake CNN World Statement, or was it a sick rogue player?" he continued. "CNN is being ordered to immediately withdraw this Statement with full apologies for their, as usual, terrible 'reporting.' Results of the investigation will be announced in the near future." **** OFF DON.

"No one can believe that Fake News CNN put out a knowingly false and dangerous statement pretending it came from the upper levels of the Iranian Government. It didn’t!" he wrote in a followup post. "It was totally made up and posted, as a headline, for purpose of, perhaps, inflaming a very delicate situation. It was a new, trouble making site from Nigeria, and CNN just got caught cheating - A very dangerous thing to do!"

Unlike Trump, CNN is actually interested in the truth. They don't run reports on random, half-researched Nigerian clickbait articles. He does. They have a robust verification process and network of sources that they use to assure their reporting is accurate.

The likeliest explanation here is that CNN struck a nerve while Trump was still trying to paint his ceasefire as some kind of win, when all he actually accomplished was opening a strait that was already open before he launched his war. It's also entirely possible that he's so lazy, so checked out of the negotiations, and so gripped by dementia that he didn't even realize what he'd agreed to.

These attacks from Trump represent a grave attack on our First Amendment, but unfortunately it's what we've come to expect from this authoritarian monster. He has no respect for free speech unless it's being used to praise him. We commend CNN for standing strong. Our rights only exist if we have the courage to defend them. Never cave to the fascist bully!

Fake News

TACO said the Iranian navy is destroyed - so how can the Strait of Hormuz now effectively be a hostage of the Iranian Navy.???
