Iowa governor signs 'Heartbeat Bill'

Lol that's not what you wanted to know.
That's not what post #15 says. Did you realize there is a record of your posts?

But I'll answer. They tried to pass a dumb little technicality hoping it would void something that's already been ruled as protected by the constitution.
Not a technicality at all. Iowa merely wrote an abortion law that said once a fetus begins to have a heartbeat the child may not be aborted. There are zero Constitutional issues here.
The judge who over ruled this law made zero mention of the Constitution.

He only said the court had no "compelling interest" in protecting the life of a living breathing human being. I disagree so much.

Like if you tried to re-ban gay marriage by saying a marriage license requires that one partner can be impregnated by another. Everybody knows you're just looking for some loophole to steal a right.
That's a bizarre analogy
and the right to abort a living breathing human being was not being stolen. The time line for permissible abortions was merely being adjusted.
Once again the democrats smash the right of the unborn to live just the way they did in the good old days of slavery when they did the same to slaves, they killed them that is, with no fear of repercussions at all.

At least the left is consistent.
