aug 29 2025 Florida police have discovered how migrants who cannot speak English have been getting licenses to drive 18-wheelers on the nation’s highways.

Investigators from the Florida State Police have discovered that some foreign-born applicants are using a camera and an ear piece connected to someone outside the DMV facility who speaks their language to cheat on the tests. The applicant uses the camera to scan the test so his cohort can read the questions, then they tell the applicant how to answer the test questions over the ear piece. That way, the migrants can pass the test without having read a single question or understood any of the answers.

Hey stupid, I never said they had to be illegal to not be able to pass the DMV exam and neither did the OP's article. You can just simply be from another nation. The OP's thread title never says they are ILLEGAL immigrants, just immigrants. You can obtain a work visa and not learn english.

Then you're a hypocrite, it is illegal to offer employment to a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements, those who do are breaking employment law, even some Trump cronies do this yet nothing is done about it.

Just enforce existing employment law, do that and it'll quickly resolve. If there's a black market for jobs attracting the desperate and the poor and the frightened then of course illegal aliens will pour in.

Yes, I am totally for fining companies that hire illegals. But if you remove the illegals, then the problem solves itself. Remove the temptation.

You have a point. The trucking companies are just doing what they can to keep their nose above water meeting all the costs and government regulations, but the DMV is the governing body which needs to be on top of all this.

If you wanted to be sure an immigrant was truly qualified, you would TEST his literacy in front of you, but I suspect the Biden Administration stressed PASSING these people ASAP to get as many immigrants into the country and on the road fast as possible.
