South Africa and Rhodesia were doing quite well for a while, but then they became less western and more African. How does anything there turn out? It's Africa mate.

I don't know the answer to your question. Right now it seems that the Africans are invading western nations and it does seem to be working at making the countries look more like unpeaceful 3rd world.
