"istismist" = noun

A completely incompetent non hetro white male who has a lifetime of being promoted and rewarded for skin color/gender/gender ID/left wing ideology aka everything except merit. An istismist is incapable of truly intellectual discussion or debate. When busted for being incompetent/corrupt/biased/unqualified/criminal, an istismist will resort to ist and ism name calling as a response.
