Here's the full 42 minute video that Nick Shirley posted, covering his tour of fraudulent "child care" and "health care" store fronts, that all are devoid of any clients/customers.

Thievery of taxpayer loot this massive isn't just an "oversight", it's deliberate and aided by the criminally corrupt mobsters in charge of Minnesnowta's gubmint.

Unfortunately, we're talking about democrats, so there'll be little to no accountability for this multi-billion dollar swindle.

Stopping Somali fraud is racist!!!

I'd like to say I'm surprised, but this type of thing is routine in decaying empires. Rome, Britain, USSR. . . they all followed the same pattern.

I Investigated Minnesota’s Billion Dollar Fraud Scandal

"In this video I investigate Minnesotas billion dollar fraud scandal involving Tim Walz and the Somali population... if this video gets 100K likes I will do a part 2!"

I'm nearly done watching this, and the only thing that bothers me about this. . . as I am skeptical of all media, is there is no time/date stamp proof when they go visit these businesses.

How does the viewer know what day and time they visit?

If investigators visited some child day cares in my town at one o'clock on a Sunday afternoon, they would look much the same I suspect.

Other than that, it was spectacular.

It also would have been nice if he identified when he was being followed by his own Blackline security, and when it was others following him. . .

. . . were these his, or others?

The Minnesota Somali fraud scandal involving misuse of taxpayer funds via social services fraud is back in the spotlight as a viral YouTube video confronts workers at an empty “learning center” that reportedly received $4 million.
The administration of Democratic Governor Tim Walz has been under increasing criticism over the alleged loss of more than $1 billion to social services fraud, primarily within the Somali community in the Twin Cities area.
Fox News reports that independent journalist Nick Shirley and his researcher visited several Somali-owned Minneapolis facilities that were each licensed for dozens of children but appeared to be completely deserted.
Shirley and his colleague approached a building labeled Quality Learing Center (sic) and noted that the word “Learning” was misspelled on the daycare’s sign.
When the two men began asking questions of workers at the daycare, they were immediately treated with hostility and accusations of being Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
Shirley’s viral video caught the attention of House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN) who shared a clip of the video and asked Governor Walz, “Care to explain this one?”

Comment:
They were setting up fake daycare centers and then billing the government.
This is a major fraud/corruption scandal.but
But it the MSM is trying to ignore it.
And of course the Left is making accusations of racism for exposing the fraud.

Whew!

A couple of days ago it was bllions in fraud...now it’s back to being 4 million. Thats a relief.

Let's realize that the NGOs managing this corruption are just like the NGOs "solving" the homeless crisis in CA. The truth is, there are probably a million of these NGOs spread out throughout the country and many are probably worse than the Somali scam. The democrap party is nothing other than Organized Crime. Now we know why they were so adamant to get Trump out of the WH and keep him out: his administration is uncovering all their organized crime which benefits almost all the democrap politicians and voter base.

Apr 2, 2025 — In his first and second terms, Trump has granted pardons or commutations to at least 68 people convicted of fraud crimes or of interfering with with fraud investigations, according to a KFF Health News review of court and clemency records, DOJ press releases, and news reports. At least 13 of those fraudsters were convicted in cases involving more than $1.6 billion of fraudulent claims filed with Medicare and Medicaid, according to the Department of Justice.

And as one of the first actions of his second term, Trump fired 17 independent inspectors general responsible for rooting out fraud and waste in government.

Trump granted a commutation to Philip Esformes, a Florida health care executive convicted in 2019 of a $1.3 billion Medicare and Medicaid fraud scheme. After he was sentenced, DOJ announced in a press release that “the man behind one of the biggest health care frauds in history will be spending 20 years in prison.” Trump freed him 14 months later.

Trump also granted a commutation to Salomon Melgen, a Florida eye doctor who was serving a 17-year prison sentence for defrauding Medicare of $42 million. Melgen falsely diagnosed patients with eye diseases, then gave them unnecessary care, including laser treatments and painful eye injections, according to DOJ and court documents.
