Interesting article on a case before the U.S. Supreme Court.

This is a case to me directly affects the regular citizens. It goes back to a program from the Great Depression. Should urban and suburban citizens pay for utilities including internet for rural dwellers?
To me its no different than money spent on roads but there is an opposing view.
