Oh yeah... This one's a keeper...

It needs a little work on the spice department...but the basics are all there.

Used a 10 oz can of mushrooms, russet potatoes and two Knorr bullion cubes from the Mexican aisle with a cup of water...but aside from that, faithful to the recipe.
