Infectious disease expert Donald Trump almost got people killed.

a good way to combat COVID was using bleach and bright lights in the body.
Disinfect the toilet seat with hydroxychloroquine, and wash your hands after you take a shit and wipe your butt. Do we need a bloody expert in the hospitality industry?

Trump wasn't advising the use of hydroxychloroquine as a disinfectant. He was talking about taking it internally. Some of his ardent followers took his advice and died.
...because they took a form that wasn't approved for internal use.

Meanwhile...

The American Medical Association has approved the use of HCQ for treating COVID (page 17).

No. The didn't approve it for treatment of covid 19. It has not been shown to be safe and effective for that purpose. It has been approved for off label use. If it was approved for treatment of Covid 19, it would have specifically said that.

He never said that.
Democrat communists have lost all credibility whatsoever.

Off label approval is not approval for a specific use.
The AMA said it supports the doctors who prescribe it and requires pharmacists to dispense it.

But, hey, YOU know better.

That is being deliberately obtuse.
Of course HCQ is not specifically approved for covid-19 use because it is never used for covid-19 itself, but instead for the cytokine storm from an over active immune response, which is sometimes triggered by covid-19.
There is no reason to treat the virus.
It is essentially benign and harms no one.
But the cytokine storm has killed 400,000 people in the US.
And HCQ does most definitely help with that.
The cytokine storm is an over active immune response, and HCQ is approved as an immuno suppressant.
That is why it is prescribed for Lupus, arthritis, diabetes, malaria, and other times when an immuno suppressant is warranted.

Ben's still reeling in his throws of TDS repeating the lie that Trump ever told people to take bleach for Covid or shove light bulbs in their body! :auiqs.jpg:

Meantime, China Joe is telling us he's building the economy of the future by killing the oil industry even as it is our major source of energy in lieu of installing power outlets every few miles to plug your non-existent electric car in! :21:

Our domestic oil industry is fine as long as the ppb stays above $55...

“Then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in one minute,” Trump said in April. “Is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside, or almost a cleaning? Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it’d be interesting to check that.”
We already treat cancer with injections that are activated by UV light. Give it up already dumbass.

Pro tip btw; distilled alcohol is a pretty good antiviral, and safe to drink in moderation ;)

Aside from this example, he no doubt got people killed when he attacked science, mocked people who wore masks, and perpetuated the opinion that his sheep STILL have, that the killer virus is not that big a deal and that smart & reasonable safety precautions are fake news.

The only question is HOW MANY have died because of him.
A lot more in the Gestapo lockdown facediaper states than in correctly run red states. Do you libbers still have your Trump centerfolds hanging on the wall you sure fantasize about him a lot.

What are you talking about. Trump DID get people killed. And his legacy is around 425,000 dead so far.
You really need help. Dead so far? do you think he is going to go on a killing spree? or do all the bodies that pile up under China Joe watch still count against the orange one?

Trump just took a shit on the American people and Biden is left to clean up the mess.
Whatever you're good at it, stick to that. Because you suck at politics.
