I am an independent. Both parties suck and for people like me it is a choice between lesser of two Evils.

I doubt an independent Party would really form and gain enough traction to seriously change things in our lifetimes due to the nature of our system, however.

The Democrat party is the Globalist party. Trump has tried to turn the Republican party into the American sovereignty party.

If, by "independent" party, you mean a party better at articulating the erosion of our liberties by the globalists, then sure. I think this can be accomplished by a Republican party with a less divisive leader, however.
