NYC has always had a rat problem. It was not until DiBlasio mandated apartment composting that the rat problem has gotten this bad. Hmmm, who knew that keeping garbage in your residence would increase rats? Really, who knew? New Yorkers have got to be preening in their superior knowledge. You won't find redneck hillbillies keeping garbage in their homes.
