this is another piece that my old friend kalashnikov josh shared on various gun sites. It is fairly lengthy but worth reading. While Heller vs DC was a victory against the infringement lobby, it was far from perfect

maybe....but I posted in politics because gun laws are a political issue nowdays?
I guess mods can move it, I wouldnt protest about it.
