Back to basics: While the Constitution prohibits Congress from passing laws and spending money that benefits INDIVIDUALS, Democrats long ago discovered that they could BUY VOTES by doing just that, and further, if they planted Leftists in the right courts, the courts would let them get away with this scheme. It all started with Social Security, a blatantly unconstitutional program that the Democrats forced through, and they have been buying votes with taxpayer dollars ever since. The latest and one of the most grotesque examples of the phenomenon was/is the Biden scheme to implicitly pass out half a trillion dollars of taxpayer money to college pukes in order to buy their votes in these midterms.
How many votes do you think the Democrats bought with this illegal, unconstitutional promise? Was it enough to shift the Senatorial election to the Left? Certainly. Did they all know that it was a preposterous lie? Certainly. Even Madam Pelosi pointed out that it was illegal before she was made to see the brilliance of the lie.
The last two elections were "tainted" (that's putting it mildly) by the cancer of Covid-related changes to voting rules. Prior to Covid, there were basically two ways to vote: show up with a picture ID and vote, or go Absentee, with a number of security measures to make sure the voter and the vote were legit. Real and unreal concerns about Covid enabled Democrat operatives to usher in the potential for massive fraud, and the "best" part about it was that the fraud was not provable. There was not enough control of ballots to actually trace them for the purposes of an audit. The fraudulent ballots were immediately mixed in with the real ballots and the fraud became immediately un-detectable.
In addition, there were sinister forces at work to attack anyone who challenged the results because of the bullshit rules. They adapted the word, "denier" and used to to excoriate anyone who challenged any of it - the ballot harvesting, the collection of votes from nursing homes where half the residents wanted vote for Calvin Coolidge, the stuffing of ballot boxes in the middle of the night (RECORDED ON VIDEO!). Lawyers who took the cases were immediately threatened and sanctioned by State Bar Associations, which are all controlled by Leftists. Courts were petrified of getting involved in another Bush v Gore fiasco, and virtually every case was tossed on procedural grounds. Here we are two years later, and NO LEGAL VENUE has taken a real look at the facts of the fraud. Maybe the Republicans in the House...but probably not.
In a rational world, those Covid rules would have gone out the window with the Pandemic. But the Democrats DEMANDED that those faux-rules be made PERMANENT, so that they could cheat forever. Ballot boxes, vote by mail, ballot harvesting, the whole bit. The solution is not to encourage Republicans to cheat the same way that Democrats cheat. It's not in our DNA (so to speak), like it is for Democrats. Dems have been cheating since before the turn of the last century, so it just comes naturally to them.
The solution is to win the next election by a margin that makes the cheating irrelevant. We almost did it this time. Because when the next Leftist scheme is complete - legalizing thirty million people who are in the country illegally - it will be GAME OVER.
