The key was that the ISP had their van accessing my neighbours and we almost certainly share a hub. I decided to check my modem network access points as I am always cautious and to my shock my modem administrator had been accessed only a couple of months ago (by me) and then the same day just a few minutes prior by someone and it was definitely not me.
The access occurred right around the time my neighbour had an internet tech in their house and I don't have any Smart TVs or anything as I purposely want to limit any access points. They probably weren't aware that I knew how to access the log files as it isn't readily available for customers in the standard settings.
Not only would they have access to my WIFI password but also the MAC addresses of the devices I restricted WIFI access to. The WIFI addresses were also deleted from the manually set restriction list which is extremely curious and the access point was changed to "allow all". I wouldn't have known anything was wrong if I hadn't had checked as I would have just accessed it as I normally do not away it was available to anyone if they had the PW.
Now, they can spoof my devices as they would have the MAC addresses which I cannot change (as far as I know). Creepy sobs, but at least I have the receipts with the log. There is more to the story which is rather insulting to my intelligence but I don't want to make the Creepy Ones aware of anything further.
I know, I am nuts, all in my head, all coincidences and I must be paranoid. I rarely access my modem administration as there is no need to and had only done so a couple of times in all the time I have had the internet and it is timestamped for proof. The fact that it was accessed just before me on the same day my ISP is at my neighbours is hardly comforting.
If your authorities want to believe and trust these criminals who would be the last join the military you do so at the expense of your own nations security and reputation I assure you. Uphold your Constitution but don't help these criminals violate ours, they do that well enough on their own.
