I'd give Trump the win on abortion. He rightfully insists he will not sign any legislation banning abortion at the federal level, is critical of states with too extreme laws on abortion while continuing to be strongly pro life, and rightfully says the Constitution puts the responsibility for abortion laws with the various states.
