The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday said 31-year-old Juan Carlos Argueta Guerra was charged with three counts of kidnapping. His arrest comes after Silverio Garcia, 60, was taken into custody on a weapons charge in connection with the case on February 3.

So the undocumented immigrant didn't do the kidnapping, he was just arrested in "connection" with the case.

Burch said Cac and her 17-year-old daughter (the victims) were in the U.S. from Guatemala illegally and had final deportation orders issued last April. The toddler is a U.S. citizen.

Wait now, the victims are undocumented? Are you saying you suddenly care about the "Untermenschen" illegals?
