No windows? Several school shooters just blasted the windows out.
If you actually want to stop school shootings? This is the answer....but since banning guns isn't part of it? Anti-gun extremists won't support it.

There are window laminates that can be applied that while not 100% bullet proof will keep windows intact log enough to evacuate a class and then all you have to do is lock the shooter in the room.
Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good.
