The ideal balance for employers is established when unemployment reaches zero. That will then allow employers to cut wages and benefits further.

Kamala is working to unionize more workers but that's extremist for employers of both parties. America isn't viable already on account of not being able to pay a living wage.

Immigration has attained the desired equilibrium.
