The first ban was completely legal. 8 USC 1152 (f) gives the President virtually unfettered discretion to determine who can enter the country. And he is free to ban entire classes of people.

And for the record, foreigners on foreign soil have NO Constitutional rights. Libs cannot wrap their minds around this concept. It requires common sense.

Funny. I've never heard any Liberal suggest that illegal aliens have constitutional rights before arriving on U.S. soil. BTW, are you suggesting that all Conservative and Liberal judges rule the same way? Duh, take a look at the Supreme Court.
