The architects of Obamcare say that we need to raise the penalty.

They pat themselves on the back for providing healthcare for millions who can't afford it, but milllions of those people do not want it.

...so you force them to pay a penalty!

If it's so great, everyone should want it.

Poor people know that for the last 30 years the law has said anyone who goes to an ER must get treatment. The poor never needed health insurance.

The Dems keep patting themselves on the back for insuring those without insurance, but millions don't want their stupid insurance. They don't ever seem to address this.
