Aren’t there plenty of nations with an ‘equitable’ society for us to use as a comparative? What do those societies look like?

We have equality right now.

Look at all the millions of women and non white doctors, lawyers, congressman, police chiefs, teachers, movie directors, business owners and so on. Hell we had a black president twice. Anyone who says their isn't equality in America is completely blind or a liar.

In fact we have so much equality we force equality. Like colleges required to admit X amount of black students, companies that hire X amount of women and so on. Because equality has shown us time and time again things by very nature are not equal. If we are truly equal and everyone had to get by on their own merits, experience, intelligence, and ambition then we would see the majority of the time white men and white women will be picked, and that would be accepted. People would accept the right person was chosen for the job.

If you look at the history of the world you will see non whites have never had a 1st world country and barely a 2nd world country. You'll see out of all of mankind's achievements in our history almost every single one is due to Spaniards, Italians, English, Asians and very very few have been because of blacks.

True equality is letting the creme rise to the top. True equality is ignoraing gender and skin color and letting the best people achieve their level of ambition and not hold them back simply because another skin color can't compete.

And equity is a load of dog shit that needs to be forgotten entirely.
