They go to non racist blue areas mostly , where jobs, educatio are I'm one of them. Before I came here it was a known fact overseas. That there are 2 sides of the US a modern one and a regressive one. I came straight to California, I know few who had to go to red areas, they regretted it and move to blue areas.
