If abortion was illegal, what would the black market for abortion and infantile be like?

We should all know that primitive methods of abortion have always been around even before the modern abortion clinic came into being. So if abortion was illegal, there would be a black market for it, similar to the black markets for alcohol during the days of the prohibition.

We also know that actual infanticide, or killing of babies after birth would continue. There are many news stories of women discarding their baby in dumpsters after giving birth, for example.

So even if abortion was illegal on the books, I'm curious if anyone can provide statistics which indicate what the rates of illegal abortion and infanticide would be.

Given the development of abortion pills, which can be easily ordered over the internet even if they're illegal, I also believe that this would be much harder to regulate than surgical abortion, for example.

There will always be a place for safe abortions... the agenda is to make it as rare as possible... the problem is it became an industry and people profit from abortion so the more abortions there are the richer some people get and that's wrong...

Abortion pills are extrenely dangerous. Surgical abortions are extremely rare.
