Why would a country get tired of taking back their own citizens?? well I do understand they want the billlions of dollars these people send back home but take Mexico for instance. They have so much oil they should be an industrial powerhouse... but they cant develop it. Why not? They should really get thier shit together and create jobs for thier people, stop making excuses, so they can just go the easy route and keep the status quo going.
