$15/hr is $2600 a month.
Minimum Social Security payment for 30 years of work is $950.80

So ….. screw the elderly because they vote Republican?

 
Social security was never intended to be the sole source of support.

Similarly, unskilled minimum wage jobs that teens do were never intended to be sufficient for support, either.

Oh yeah, who works when the teens are in school? It’s not just a teen job. It’s a service job, just like retail and wait staff.
