It is when those homes, schools and hospitals are used by Islamic terrorists to wage war.

They found a cache of weapons at a vacant school and that was it.

NOPE they have video footage of rockets being fired from schools, hospitals, homes and mosques, The UN buildings can be seen in many of the pictures of the illegal rocket launchers, and in others the children can be seen playing on the launchers outside of journalists hotels in gaza. It took over a month for the UN to admit that the rockets were found in a school still in use by children putting their lives at risk. Then they admitted that 3 schools had been used for the same purpose. They also admitted that Israel had never targeted any schools or hospitals, they had targeted illegal rocket launchers in the grounds of hospitals and schools.

Furthermore, the tunnels were for the economy, not the military, as a bunch of these kiss-ass Zionists claim.

They also allowed Gaza’s producers to partially circumvent Israel’s restrictions on the importation of fuel, gas, cement, construction materials, raw materials, pesticides, seeds, agricultural tools, preservatives, packaging material and spare parts.​

The tunnels allowed Gazans to rebuild their infrastructure, not commit acts of terrorism.

According to the United Nations Human Settlements Programme, based on the materials allowed in by Israel, it would have taken 80 years to rebuild the 6,000 housing units destroyed during the military operation in December 2008 –January 2009. However, imports through the tunnels were so significant that they reduced the time frame to five years (Pelham, 2011).​
