ICE arrests Palestinian activist who helped lead Columbia University protests, his lawyer says

Terrorism is not protected by the first amendment.
He was never charged with terrorism, or for any crime prior to this deportation, and is a legal, green card, resident, with all the due process rights that citizens have...

He needs to be charged and convicted in a court of law for a crime or felony, before he can be deported, under the LAW.

Why do you support Lawlessness?😐

Ok, not doing this today....If you're just going to make shit up about me, and tell me what I am doing, then you can GFY....

You're a dishonest little troll, and I have no use for you....
But you admitted you don’t know.

What the ****?! You think I am on the inside of the State Dept or something? You'll just have to wait like the rest of us for the hearings....

All I’m asking is what he did to deserve being deported. That’s not trolling if you want to have an actual discussion which clearly you don’t.

Not with you I don't....You are way to dishonest to hold a rational conversation with....

Gaza captor told hostages that Hamas collaborates with US campus protesters, lawsuit alleges

Case filed by three former hostages against US nonprofit says member of terror group who held them claimed to be working with ‘allies’ at universities and in the media

A Hamas member who held Israelis hostage in Gaza told the captives that the terror group was coordinating with “allies” on college campuses and in the media, according to a lawsuit filed in US court on Friday.

The lawsuit was filed by former hostages Almog Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov and Shlomi Ziv. All three were taken from the Nova music festival in southern Israel during Hamas’s October 7, 2023, invasion of Israel.

They were held in Gaza by Abdallah Aljamal, according to the lawsuit and the IDF. Aljamal was a writer for the Palestine Chronicle, a news outlet run by the People Media Project, a US-based, tax-exempt nonprofit that is the focus of the lawsuit.

Washington — President Trump warned Monday that this weekend's arrest of prominent Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil by federal immigration authorities is the first "of many to come" amid his administration's crackdown on students and alleged "agitators" protesting Israel's war with Hamas in Gaza
I respectfully disagree with President Trump.

This policy does harm to conservatism.

Mr. Khalil ought to be deported if he violated our immigration Laws - NOT Because he is a Palestinian Activist.

The immigration and nationality act of 1952, grants extensive powers for foreign national expulsion.
The specific clause stipulates that any "alien whose presence or activities in the United States the Secretary of State has reasonable ground to believe would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States is deportable."

Washington — President Trump warned Monday that this weekend's arrest of prominent Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil by federal immigration authorities is the first "of many to come" amid his administration's crackdown on students and alleged "agitators" protesting Israel's war with Hamas in Gaza. The same day, a federal judge blocked Khalil's deportation and scheduled a court hearing after Khalil's attorney filed a petition challenging the arrest.

The president wrote in a post on his social media platform Truth Social that his administration "will not tolerate" what he said is "pro-terrorist, anti-Semitic, anti-American" activity on college campuses across the country, and claimed the protests are being waged by "paid agitators" rather than students. As a student at Columbia University last spring, Khalil helped lead demonstrations protesting Israel and the war in Gaza.

"We will find, apprehend, and deport these terrorist sympathizers from our country — never to return again," Mr. Trump wrote. "If you support terrorism, including the slaughtering of innocent men, women, and children, your presence is contrary to our national and foreign policy interests, and you are not welcome here. We expect every one of America's Colleges and Universities to comply."

The president said the Saturday night arrest of Khalil is "the first arrest of many to come."

Now here is a man who has said "We are Westerners fighting for the total eradication of Western society." Let that sink in for a minute.

Trump is going to deport these enemies within, and I for one say good riddance. What say you?
The totalitarian mindset of the islamos is identical to the totalitarian mindset of the statist left as both the islamos & the statist left entertain the religion of power & control over ALL humans as the very heart of their totalitarian belief system. Neither the islamos nor their allies the statist left belong in our America, & as far as I am concerned anywhere on our planet earth.

Lunatic judge will throw out a gag order on Trump saying stern things about terrorists or illegals

So do you know what this guy did or not?
Only from the same reports that you see. I, for the life of me, don’t understand this tactic from you libs, of unless we have all of the inside information, then all you want to do is ad hom, and personal attack…

Now, with what’s been reported, it would seem that this guy was an organizer of the violent protests we all saw in NY, and that to make these protests happen he was taking direction and money from Hamas, and Hamas affiliated groups overseas. Thereby, working with Americas enemies, against Americas interests…

Residence status/green cards can be revoked and he deported for this. I fail to see what you don’t get about this?

We’ll learn more as this goes further. But, for now, since I am not in favor of foreigners coming into our country, working with foreign terrorist groups to subvert our young adults against the US, then I’m all for kicking him out.

Is that clear enough?

If you think it is simply because he’s a Pali supporter, then you are willingly not paying attention
